East Tennessee State University Will Host A Panel Discussion On Confederate Monuments This Week. Speakers Will Address The History Of Confederate Memorialization As Well As Social, Political And Philosophical Issues At Stake In Recent Debates Around The Country Regarding Such Monuments. The Event Will Be Held In Rogers-Stout Hall Auditorium On The Etsu Campus Thursday At 7pm.
