The Expansion Of Barter Theatre Into North Carolina Appears To Be A Go. Mount Airy’s City Council Decided To Bring A Barter Branch To Its Downtown. The Theatre Is Based In Abingdon Virginia. Mount Airy Will Pay For And Construct The Facility Which Is Expected To Begin Within The Next Couple Of Months. The City Will Also Assist With Maintenance And Provide Public Parking.
