She Previously Petitioned To Reopen Sentencing In Greene County, But Was Denied In Greene County Criminal Court Last April. Howell, With Five Other Teenagers, Kidnapped The Lillelid Family From County At An Interstate 81 Rest Stop In April Of 1997, Then Shot Vidar, Delphinia, And Tabitha Lillelid To Death. A Son, Peter, Survived The Ordeal.
