The Downtown Kingsport Master Plan Is In The Draft Phase And The City Needs Your Input. Come By And Share Your Thoughts And Ideas Of The Draft Plan For Presentation. The Recommendations And Draft Plans Are Based On Feedback From The Three Previous Public Meetings, Countless Interviews, And An Analysis Of Existing Conditions.
