One Person Is In Custody After Allegedly Driving The Wrong Way On Highway 11W In Church Hill And Striking At Least Two Vehicles In The Process. The Head-On Collision Happened Last Night Around Eight O’clock On The Stretch Of Highway In Front Of Volunteer High School. Whitney Arnold Was The Driver Of The Other Car And Was Lucky To Only Sustain Minor Injuries. The Name Of The Suspect Has Not Been Released At This Time.
