Bud Hulsey Will Be Proposing A Bill In The Upcoming Legislative Session That Will Make It More Difficult For People Who Are Caught Driving Drunk To Purchase Alcohol. First Offenders Will Have A Red Strip Across Their Driver’s License That Says They Can’t Purchase Alcohol. The Red Strip Will Stay On Someone’s Licenses For Three Years. The Change In Law Would Also Include Adding A Misdemeanor Charge To Anyone That Sells Alcohol To Someone With That Type Of License. The General Assembly Starts Tomorrow At Noon.
