Keith Carroll Claims The Company Intentionally Discriminates Against Those Who Are Blind Or Visually Impaired. Carroll, Who Is Blind, Uses A Screen Reader To Access The Internet. According To The Complaint, Highlands Union Doesn’t Follow Well-Established Guidelines That Would Make Its Website Compatible With Screen Readers. The Suit Was Filed In U.S. District Court In Abingdon At The End Of Last Month. No Date Has Been Set As To When The Case Will Be Heard.
