A Unicoi Alderman Is Questioning The Success Of The Town’s Mountain Harvest Kitchen. A Johnson City Public Relations Firm Claims The Facility Has Had More Than 500 Visitors. Alderman Roger Cooper Raised Concerns And Contends That Only Three Food Processors Have Used The 1.2 Million Dollar Certified Kitchen And Food Business Incubator Since The Facility Opened On August 11th. Cooper Also Said He’s Received Complaints About Costs To Use The Kitchen. Cooper Said He Wants To Work To Lower The Fees To Keep The Kitchen Open And Help Bring In More Use.
