Drivers Of Any Vehicle Will Face A Fine For Talking On A Hand-Held Cell Phone In An Active School Zone. Drivers Under The Age Of 18 Now Face Fines If They Are Using The Phone At All In An Active School Zone, Even With A Hands-Free Device.
