Kingsport Police Are Asking For The Public’s Help In Locating An SUV That Was Involved In A Hit And Run Incident. A Red Vehicle, Possibly A Ford Explorer, Was Involved In The Crash On West Stone Drive At University Boulevard Yesterday. Authorities Said The SUV Struck Another Vehicle That Was Stopped At A Red Light And Fled The Scene. Anyone With Any Information Is Asked To Contact Police.
