An Apartment Fire In The Colonial Heights Section Of Kingsport Has Left Four Families Displaced. It Happened Last Night On Spring Lane. Kingsport Fire Captain Shea Payne Said One Apartment Was Fully Involved, A Second Had Fire And Water Damage And The Other Two Sustained Heavy Smoke And Heat Damage. No One Was Injured. The Red Cross Is Assisting The Displaced Families. An Investigation Is Underway As To What Caused The Fire.
