The Weapons Were Reportedly Shipped And Transported In Interstate Commerce. Lane Was A Sergeant At The Time. He Has A Plea Deadline Set For January 11th. His Trial Is Set For January 25th. Meanwhile, A Fellow Officer, Lt. Ron Shupe, Was Allegedly In Uniform, On Duty In A Patrol Car When He Purchased Drugs. Shupe Cut A Deal With Federal Prosecutors Recently And Will Plead Guilty. He Faces Up To 20 Years In Prison. He Has A Plea Hearing December 6th. He Remains In Custody Without Bond.
