The Town Of Abingdon Is Holding An America Recycles Day Event. Donations Needed This Year Are Gently Used Shoes And Supplies For The Local Animal Shelter. There Will Also Be On-Site Free E-Waste Recycling And Free Document Shredding. New This Year Is A Swap Event. Items To Bring And Take Include Tools, Home Electronics, And Pet Products. The Event Will Take Place Saturday From 9 AM To 1 PM At The Abingdon Police Department’s Parking Lot On West Main Street.
