He And His Attorney Appeared Before The Court In Richmond On Charges That He Tampered With Witnesses During His Wife Stacey’s Bristol Virginia Utilities Corruption Trial. Pomrenke Was Convicted In U.S. District Court In Abingdon This Past September Of Contempt For Disobeying A Court Order And Sharing Evidence With Virginia’s Judicial Inquiry And Review Commission. The Court Won’t Issue A Ruling Until It Reconvenes In January.
