Several Kingsport Residents Will Be Without Water Today As Repairs Are Made In The Cooks Valley Road Area. City Crews Will Be Installing A Valve On A Water Line Main In The Vicinity Of Rustic Way, Morningstar Court, And Harbor Chapel Road To Hopefully Improve Water Service In That Area. The Outages Will Occur Between 8:30am And 2:30pm Today.
