An Elizabethton Woman Has Been Arrested After Reportedly Fabricating A Police Report Of An Assault Upon Her That Never Took Place. 36 Year Old Susan Annette Graham Told Police An Unknown Male Got Out Of A Vehicle, Assaulted Her And Knocked Her To The Ground As She Was Walking Southbound On Lynn Avenue. During An Investigation, She Allegedly Admitted That She Made Up The Story To Provide An Explanation For Injuries Sustained In A Domestic Altercaton With You Boyfriend. Graham Is Charged With False Reporting Of A Crime, And Is Scheduled To Appear In Carter County General Sessions Court On April 5th.
