Police Said Winebarger’s Jeep Sport Wrangler Hardtop Ran Off The Roadway Into A Ditch For An Unknown Reason And He Was Tossed From His Vehicle As The Jeep Flew Over A Guardrail…Landing Over 180 Feet Down To The Bottom Of A Ravine, Flipping Approximately Four Times. The Crash Remains Under Investigation By A Specialized Accident Reconstruction Team.
