Although A Jury Found Garrison Guilty, The Tennessee Appeals Court Granted Her A New Trial Due To An Error On The Part Of Judge Lynn Brown Who They Say Failed To Tell The Jury They Could Consider A Lesser Charge. Trial For Garrison Is Set For June 14th. The Trial’s Expected To Last Four Days.
