BILLIE FAYE ANDERSON, THE FORMER OWNER OF ANDERSON HEALTHCARE IN GRAY, WAS CONVICTED BY A FEDERAL JURY OF DEFRAUDING 1.4 MILLION DOLLARS FROM MEDICAID FOR FAILING TO NOTIFY THEM THAT HER FACILITY HAD NO MEDICAL DIRECTOR ON STAFF. DURING THE TRIAL, REBECCA RIDDLE TESTIFIED SHE FORGED THE NAME OF ANOTHER DOCTOR ON THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR’S CONTRACT FORM. JUDGE RONNIE GREER SET ANDERSON’S SENTENCING DATE FOR FEBRUARY 4TH.
