A BRISTOL VIRGINIA MAN ACCUSED OF ATTEMPTING TO HOLD UP K-MART IN BRISTOL TENNESSEE AND THEN LEADING POLICE ON A HIGH SPEED CHASE INTO VIRGINIA IS BEHIND BARS. 40 YEAR OLD BRIAN PUZENSKI IS CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED ARMED ROBBERY, FELONY EVADING ARREST, AND USE OF A FIREARM IN THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY. ACCORDING TO AUTHORITIES, A WITNESS DESCRIBED THE BANDIT AS WEARING A SKI MASK AND BRANDISHING A GUN. PUZENSKI ALLEGEDLY LEFT THE STORE, GOT INTO A MAZDA PICKUP TRUCK AND LATER WRECKED THE VEHICLE WHILE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM POLICE. HE ATTEMPTED TO FLEE ON FOOT, BUT WAS QUICKLY APPREHENDED. IN ADDITION TO THE CHARGES IN TENNESSEE, PUZENSKI IS FACING FELONY EVADING ARREST CHARGES IN VIRGINIA.
