A Kingsport Man Shot While Allegedly Burglarizing A City Home Has Had His Case Bound Over To A Sullivan County Grand Jury. 30 Year Old Dustin Eads Is Charged With Four Counts Of Aggravated Burglary, Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Theft Over Ten Thousand And Theft Under A Thousand. Eads Was Shot In The Back During The August Incident In Which He Allegedly Attempted To Steal Jewelry From A Home On Pratt Road. His Case Was Delayed Until Now So He Could Recover From His Injuries. A Grand Jury Cleared Dennis Mcclanahan Earlier This Month Of Any Wrongdoing For Shooting Eads. Eads Is Free On Bond And Will Appear In Sullivan County Criminal Court On April 16th.
