Willis Is Charged With Two Counts Of First-Degree Murder And Abuse Of Corpse In The October 2002 Dismemberment Deaths Of Adam And Samantha Chrismer. After Ongoing Delays In The Case And Going Through Numerous Lawyers, Judge Lynn Brown Ordered Willis To Defend Himself And An Appellate Court Upheld That Ruling. Now Willis Has Filed A Federal Lawsuit In U.S. District Court In Greeneville Claiming A Number Of His Constitutional Rights Were Violated Including His Right To An Attorney.
