The Charges Against 40 Year Old Jimmy Tackett Came After A Mine Inspector Tried To Examine Tackett’s Property In January Of This Year. He Was Sentenced To 24 Months Probation, Assessed A Thousand Dollar Fine, And Ordered To Leave The Mine When Mine Safety And Health Administration Inspectors Are Present.
