A New School Superintendent Has Been Chosen To Headup Greene County Schools. Dr. Vicki Kirk Will Be Replacing The Retiring Joe Parkins. Dr. Kirk Is Presently The Assistant Superintendent In The Greeneville City Schools. Parkins’ Last Day Will Be June 30th. Dr. Kirk Will Takeover Her New Position On July 1st.
