A Lee County Virginia Teen Accused Of Plotting To Rob And Kill His Grandparents Has Admitted To The Crime In Scott County Circuit Court. 19 Year Old Christopher Jones Pled Guilty To Two Counts Of Conspiracy To Commit First Degree Murder, Conspiracy To Break And Enter And Solicitation To Break And Enter. Jones Came Up With The Plot In Jail And Solicited A Fellow Inmate To Rob And Kill His Grandparents. Jones’ Plan Failed After Him And Two Others Made An Attempt To Break Into The Home And Were Greeted By His Grandfather Firing Shots Into The Air. Trial For The Two Other Defendants Are Set For February 24th And April 8th. Christopher Jones Will Be Sentenced April 20th And Faces Up To 115 Years In Prison.
