Kingsport Police Have Released The Name Of The Person Who Died In A Single Vehicle Accident On Friday. 78 Year Old John Matney Of Grundy Virginia Was Killed On East Stone Drive Near Arcadia Drive. Police Said His Car Was Traveling West When For An Unknown Reason, Left The Roadway And Went Into The Median. The Front Of The Vehicle Struck The End Of A Guardrail That When Through The Car. The Kingsport Traffic Unit Is Continuing To Investigate The Crash.
