The Charges Stem From An Investigation Into The Alleged Theft Of 14 Dogs From Cool School For Dogs, Which Later Turned Out To Be A Fabricated Story. Instead, Authorities Discovered A Number Of Neglected Dogs. Judge James Nidiffer Wants To Recuse Himself Because He Has Used The Business Before. The Cases Were Reset For March 5th.
