A CARTER COUNTY MAN ACCUSED IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A JOHNSON CITY MAN OVER THE WEEKEND IS BEHIND BARS. 37 YEAR OLD LARRY ELSWICK IS CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER IN THE KILLING OF 49 YEAR OLD RON GREEN. SHERIFF CHRIS MATHIS SAYS GREEN AND ELSWICK WERE ALLEGEDLY SITTING AROUND A BONFIRE SATURDAY NIGHT, SINGING WITH SOME FEMALE FRIENDS, WHEN AN ARGUMENT OCCURRED.
