Bristol Virginia Has A New City Manager. Former Southwest Virginia Native Dewey Cashwell Jr. Was Introduced Last Night At The Council Meeting. He Will Succeed Bill Dennison, Who Retired At The End Of Last Month. Cashwell Most Recently Served As City Manager Of South Padre Island In Texas And Said He Looks Forward To Learning More About The City’s Priorities.
