East Tennessee State University Has Announced Plans For An 11-Million Dollar Dorm Project. Phase Four Of The Buccaneer Ridge Apartment Complex Will House 128 Students And Feature Eight Efficiency Apartments And Eight One Bed Units As Super Bedrooms Suitable For Families. Construction Is Expected To Get Underway This Fall.
