Campaign Chairman Ed Herbert Said Its Vitally Urgent The Goal Is Reached. During The 2008 Fundraising Campaign, The Agency Fell 179-Thousand Dollars Short Of Its Goal. The Shortfall Led To A 15 Percent Reduction In Funding For 14 United Way Agencies.
