A Two Vehicle Accident In Greene County Has Claimed The Life Of An Afton Man. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, 20 Year Old Roger J. Starnes Was Killed Last Night On Snapps Ferry Road When His Vehicle Collided Headon With An Suv Driven By 22 Year Old Ashley Delph Also Of Afton. The Female Was Taken To A Local Hospital To Be Treated For Non-Life Threatening Injuries. Starnes Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene After Being Trapped In His Pickup Truck. The Accident Is Still Under Investigation.
