The 140 Page Document Said Stacey Pomrenke Received A Fair Trial By A Jury When She Was Convicted In February Of Nine Corruption-Related Crimes. Other Top Executives, Utility Members And Contractors Have Pleaded To Various Charges In The Case And Have Been Sentenced. Pomrenke Is Set To Be Sentenced August 9th And To Have A Bench Trial On Contempt Charges For Allegedly Reaching Out To Government Witnesses Ahead Of Her Trial.
