On December 9th, 2008, Sellers Was With A Group Of Young People In The Parking Lot Of The Business When He Was Killed By A Shot To The Head From A .22 Caliber Rifle. The Two Men Are Slated To Stand Trial In Hawkins County Circuit Court On February 15th, 2010.
