The Suspension Stems From Allegations That Three People Acted Like They Were Drug Agents In Order To Nab A Woman Who Turned Out Not To Be The Person They Were Looking For In The First Place. He Has A Hearing Next Week On A Misdemeanor Charge Of Obstruction Of Justice. Meanwhile, Donna Fitzwater, Dwayne Peters And Stacy Herndon Are Each Charged With Impersonating A Law Enforcement Officer, While Peters And Herndon Are Charged With Robbery And Abduction. Herdon Is Also Charged With A Sexual Crime Against The Woman. Also, Doug Roller Is Charged With Robbery In Connection With The False Arrest.
