With The Holiday Season Approaching, April Taylor And The Bristol Tennessee Parks And Recreation Department Are Once Again Teaming Up. Taylor Says Last Year’s Efforts Were So Successful With 900 Shoebox Gifts Donated, It Was Something She Wanted To Do Again To Remember Tri Cities Veterans. Donated Bags Or Boxes Can Include Personal Hygiene Items, Gloves, Sock, And Hard Candy. If You’d Like To Help, Bags Or Boxes May Be Dropped Off At The Slater Center Of Bristol Virginia Utilities On The Lee Highway Through December 16th. Delivery Is Slated For December 18th.
