An All-Terrain Vehicle Accident Over The Weekend In Russell County Virginia Has Left One Person Dead. Police Said It Happened In The Belfast Community Saturday Afternoon And Claimed The Life Of 93 Year Old Marvin Earl Miller. He Was Out Hunting When His Atv Ran Over Him. Authorities Said It Appeared He Was Standing Near It When It Started To Roll. Several Of His Friends Who Were Also Hunting Found Miller.
