The Washington County/Johnson City Animal Control Board Is Working To Try To Find A New Director. Current Director Debbie Dobbs Has Announced Her Intentions To Retire. She Had Originally Planned To Retire January 14th Of This Year, But She’s Still Working As The Interim Director Over All Operations In A Part-Time Roll. So Far, 72 People Have Applied And The List Has Been Narrowed Down To Three Finalists. A Decision Is Expected To Be Made In The Near Future.
