The Bristol Tennessee City Council Will Discuss Putting A Time Limit On The Number Of Hours A Dog May Be Chained. Chainfree Bristol Is A Non-Profit Group Dedicated To Banning The Lifetime, Unattended Chaining Of Dogs. Since Its Inception, Chainfree Bristol Has Released 92 Dogs From Living A Lifetime On A Chain. The City Currently Allows Dogs To Be Chained Outside, But They Must Be On A Chain At Least 12 Feet Long. A Workshop To Discuss The Matter Is Set For Tonight At 7pm At The Courthouse Annex On 8th Street.
