The Tennessee Supreme Court Has Decided Not Hear An Appeal By Howard Hawk Willis Who Is Trying To Get The Court To Appoint Him An Attorney To Represent Him In His Upcoming Trial. Willis Is Charged With Murder In The Brutal Deaths Of 17 Year Old Adam Chrismer And 16 Year Old Samantha Leming, In 2002. Earlier This Year, The Tennessee Criminal Court Of Appeals Denied An Appeal By Willis After He Claimed Judge Lynn Brown Was Unfairly Forcing Him To Represent Himself. But As A Result Of The Latest Ruling, Willis Will Be Doing Just That When He Returns To Court. If Convicted, He Faces The Death Penalty.
