A Johnson City Man Accused In The Deaths Of A Teenage Couple Over Seven Years Ago Has Been Granted Yet Another Delay. Howard Hawk Willis Had Filed An Earlier Appeal To Have Representation Even Though He Has Fired Multiple Lawyers. The Tennessee Criminal Court Of Appeals Sided With Criminal Court Judge Lynn Brown In Forcing Willis To Represent Himself. Well Now That He Faces The Death Penalty For The 2002 Deaths Of 17 Year Old Adam Chrismer And His 16 Year Old Wife, He Thinks Its Unfair And Has Requested A Ruling From The Tennessee Supreme Court. Now The Local Court Will Have To Wait To See If Highest Court Will Consider The Case.
