It’s An Effort By Transportation Officials To Use Dwindling Transportation Revenues On High-Traffic Routes, Particularly Bridges. State Highway Funds Have Declined By About 4.6 Billion Dollars Since The Spring Of 2008, And That Has Forced The Hard Cuts. The Commonwealth Transportation Borad Will Vote On The Revisions Next Month.
