The Cocke County Board Of Education Will Be Receiving 154-Thousand Dollars For Video Conferencing Equipment To Link 12 Rural Schools With The High School And The Workforce Development Center In Johnson City. The Project Will Allow The Schools To Share Resources So As To Meet The Tennessee Graduation Requirements, As Well As Offer Workforce Development. According To First District Congressman Phil Roe, The Grant Will Offer Tools For Distance Learning Throughout Cocke, Carter, And Johnson Counties.
