The family of a Tennessee soldier killed with 12 others in the shooting spree at Fort Hood will be laid to rest today with full military honors in Mountain City. Army Specialist Fred Greene’s family received visitors last night following a private service. The 29-year-old soldier will be buried in the cemetery of the small Baptist church he had attended. Greene’s survivors include his wife, two daughters and his parents. Meanwhile, the Army says it will conduct an internal investigation to see if it missed warning signs about Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the psychiatrist accused in the November 5th massacre at the Texas base.
