Additional Charges Have Now Been Filed Against A Bristol Tennessee Woman Accused Of Operating A Meth Lab Out Of Her Mobile Home. In Addition To Failure To Appear In Court Charges, 44 Year Old Cynthia Baumgardner Is Also Charged With Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Felony Drug Paraphernalia, Maintaining A Dwelling Where Narcotics Are Used Or Sold, And Possession Of Schedule Iii And Iv Drugs. Officers Had Gone To A Location On Deck Valley Road Yesterday To Serve An Arrest Warrant Against Baumgardner When They Allegedly Spotted What Appeared To Be A Meth Lab In The Kitchen Of The Mobile Home. State And Federal Agencies Along With Haz-Mat Clean Up Crews Were Called To The Scene. Baumgardner Remains In The Sullivan County Jail Under 50-Thousand Dollars Bond. The Investigation Is Continuing.
