A New Grocery Store Is Coming To The Region. Publix Will Build A New Store At The Fairgrounds Plaza On East Andrew Johnson Highway In Greeneville. The Company Will Hire For Positions That Will Create Up To 150 New Jobs That Will Offer Competitive Salaries. Positions Will Be Available From Associates Up To Store Managers. The New Store Consists Of 45-Thousand Square Feet And Will Include A Pharmacy. No Set Time Has Been Announced For The Store’s Opening.
