A Kingsport Man Accused In A Shooting Incident Has Been Arraigned In General Sessions Court. 66 Year Old Orge Phillips Is Charged With Attempted Second Degree Murder And Two Counts Of Reckless Endangerment. James Lawson Went To Phillips Home Tuesday Afternoon On Old Blairs Gap Road, Opened His Door And Told Him Thanks For Calling Child Protective Services On Me And Slammed The Door And Left. That’s When Phillips Allegedly Fired Three Shots At Lawson’s Truck. Some Of The Rounds Struck Lawson’s Truck But He Wasn’t Injured Nor Was Two Other People In The Vehicle, Billy Dykes And A Female Juvenile. Phillips Is Being Held On A 50-Thousand Dollars Bond With A Preliminary Hearing Set For November 10th In Sessions Court.
