A Bristol Virginia Man Accused Of Pulling A Gun On A Police Officer Has Waived His Preliminary Hearing. 40 Year Old John Gramling Was Charged In May With Assaulting A Police Officer, Brandishing A Weapon, And Carrying A Concealed Weapon After Police Responded To A Domestic Disturbance At Gramling’s Appartment. Gramling Was Shot Several Times And Critically Wounded. The Charges Against Him Will Now Be Tried In Circuit Court. A Court Date Has Not Been Set.
