Kingsport Educational Leaders Have Approved An Actuarial Contract With The Same Company That Provides The Service To The City Of Kingsport. The Three-Year, 14-Thousand Dollar Contract With Howard Hyhart Company Will Allow Them To Conduct The Study, Which Must Be Done Every Other Year And Will Include An Interim Report.
