She Is Facing Similar Charges In Sullivan County. An Investigation Revealed She Repeatedly Entered A Computer At The Appalachian Orthopedics Office In Johnson City Where She Worked And Printed Out Prescriptions For Herself And Family Members. She’s Free On Bond And Is Set To Be Arraigned In Washington County Criminal Court On November 20th.
